Unfortunately We have a no refund policy. Orders once shipped cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not offer any exchanges. All items are made to order after an order is placed, including personalized or non-personalized items. Due to nature of the items, exchanges are not accepted.
